• A fun, engaging activity to help everyone get comfortable and foster initial connections

Project Spotlight (19:00 - 19:45)

• A few participants (pre-selected or volunteers) will have the opportunity to present their projects in more detail (5 minutes each)
• Q&A and feedback session

Open Networking (19:45 - 20:30)

• Informal mingling, where participants can discuss ideas, exchange contacts, and delve deeper into conversations sparked during the event

Closing Remarks and Slack + Spatial Group Invitation (20:30 - 20:45)

• Organizer to provide closing remarks, emphasizing the importance of community support and collaboration
• Invitation and instructions for joining the event’s online group for ongoing communication and collaboration

Informal Continuation (Optional) (20:45 onwards)

• For those who wish to stay longer, the evening can continue informally in the bar or at a nearby location
