It is a personal, informational website about my professional profile. Nothing is sold here and no contracts are made through it.

Texts, photos and illustrations on this site are mine unless stated otherwise. Company names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to describe work I did with them. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

Who is responsible for your data

What I collect and why

Contact form. Your name, email, company (optional), topic and message, plus your country and browser type, which help me filter spam. I use them only to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent when you send the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Visit statistics. Only if you accept cookies: Google Analytics measures pages visited, approximate location, device and how you arrived. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time in Cookie settings.
Technical data. Like any website, the hosting provider processes IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Who else processes it

I do not sell or share your data with anyone for their own purposes. These providers process it on my behalf:

Cloudflare, Inc. Hosting and the database where contact messages are stored.
GitHub, Inc. Sends me a private notification of each new message.
Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. My email (Google Workspace) and, if you accept cookies, Google Analytics.

These companies may process data in the United States. All three are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as offering adequate protection.

How long I keep it

Contact messages: for as long as we are in touch and at most 24 months after the last message, unless you ask me to delete them earlier. Analytics data: 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy (portability). Write to the email above. If you think your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Booking a meeting takes you to Calendly, and the LinkedIn and YouTube links take you to those sites. Their own privacy policies apply there.

Cookie policy

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site sets no cookies until you choose. If you accept, Google Analytics sets the cookies below. If you reject, none are set and your choice is remembered.
